What will you do?
You'll have two main responsibilities:
Help our customers solve day to day issues related to their Dynamics NAV ERP
– either from our office or on-site.
You will also ask them about their needs and prepare customizations of their system for our development team, followed by documentation and testing.
Your job will not be to sell anything, your goal will be to analyse the needs and come up with the most elegant solution, which will be implemented by our development team. Once you are confident with NAV, you can also perform training and take care of our internal and external invoicing.
To be able to do that, we need you to...
be communicative and representative
be fluent in English and ideally Maltese language
have excellent administration & problem solving skills
have basic accounts knowledge (Invoicing, Payments, etc.)
have advanced computer literacy in Microsoft Office (Excel / Word / Powerpoint)
be positive, excited about what you do and willing to learn new things every day
own a car and driver's licence
Experience with NAV or similar ERP software is appreciated, as well as experience with customer care. But don't worry, we'll teach you everything necessary.
