Ingredients


3 tablespoons honey, or any preferred sweetener

4 large medjool dates, pitted (close to 80 grams)

125g oats

35g shredded coconut

70g peanut butter

20g coconut oil

2 tablespoons blue spirulina powder + 1 teaspoon for coating

5ml vanilla essence



Method


  1. Blend all ingredients in a food processor until a sticky dough is formed and set aside in a large bowl.

  2. Mix 10g of shredded coconut with another teaspoon of blue spirulina powder in a plate.

  3. Roll the mixture into balls and roll again into the coconut and blue spirulina powder mix.

  4. Serve at room temperature.
