The idea of this report is to have a breakdown of the movement related to the Fixed asset, grouped by:

  • FA Posting Type

  • Asset No

  • Period

The user may choose from the following options:

  • Period Start

  • Period End

  • Period Definition - i.e. whether it’s daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly gaps

  • Any filter on the Fixed Asset No.



Notes


This report is extremely useful when analysing the life-cycle for any fixed asset. We may bear in mind that some assets are more complex having multiple acquisitions and different depreciations besides possible revaluations from time to time.
