What is a Customer Ageing Report?

Aim


The idea of this report is to have a breakdown of the balance due per customer, grouped by period. It is a critical report especially useful for debtor chasing and for auditors.

The user may choose from the following options:

  • Period start and Period end which the columns are to cover

  • The company being tackled

  • The period definition i.e. the column frequency


Notes


It’s important to bear in mind that the report is to cross-checked against Business Central through the Customer Ledger Entries.
