Setting up Key Personalisations

Scope


The aim of this change is to allow the user to define a set of personalisation which will be utilised by the persons using the same profile. A very important note here is that the personlizations are define at profile level.

Basic Understanding


The user may define the profile from:

  • Settings

  • My Settings

  • Change the Role



Starting off the Personalizations


  • The process may be started off by:

  • Looking for Profiles (Roles)

  • Clicking on the Profile

  • Click on Customize Pages



Important


  • These personlizations will be transferred over to the user who are using the same profile

  • The user may still decide to amend their own personalizations.
